Mr. Rashad Al Shaikh is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Investment and Retail Banking. Prior to taking on the role of CEO of Muscat Finance, he was the Head of Retail Banking at Oman Arab Bank. Digital transformation, Business Development and Diversification of income sources are some of his key focus areas. He holds his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, USA.
