Fahd Amjad is an accomplished financial services executive, with a track record of delivering growth across challenging geographies in the Middle East and Pakistan. He has held senior business roles in global and regional financial institutions such as Standard Chartered, Arab Bank, Oman Arab Bank, ANZ Bank and Citibank.
Through his career of over 25 years, Fahd has built and developed various lines of business within financial services such as Lending, Payments, SME, Wealth Management and Insurance, through technology enablement.
A Wharton alum, Fahd completed a management program at the University of Pennsylvania. He has a B.S. degree in Business from Greenwich University, Pakistan. Fahd is a certified SAFe Agilist and a Design Thinking practitioner. He volunteers as a mentor to technology startups in Pakistan and the GCC region.

Pratik Punjabi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He comes with an experience of over 22 years in the field of finance covering multi-faceted functions like Business Finance, MIS & Budget, Strategy, Financial Control including Financial Compliance, Capital Management, Taxation and Treasury management.
Pratik started his career with blue-chip Indian Banks and has worked most of the last two decades with decorated Global banks such as Bank of America, HSBC. He has worked in culturally diversified set-ups catering to wide business segments and financial products. He holds accolades in his interactions with the regulatory authorities in India. He has been in leadership roles since over 8 years with span of control across geographies.
Pratik has also set-up two foreign banks and in this endeavour set up systems & processes, inducted teams, drawn business strategies and also ensured compliances with policies and regulations.

Mahmood Al-Subeihi is an Omani national, graduate as Operations Management major from Sultan Qaboos University and finished his MBA from Bedfordshire-UK University. Mahmood has a total 18 years’ experience in Public and Private Sector. He worked with Public Authority of Social Insurance for 6 Years, and worked in different companies within private sector in the filed on HR since 2008 such as Oman Cables Industry, AlMarai and Oman Refreshment Company.
Mahmood has different experiences in the field of HR, he was handling recruitment, employee relation, compensation and benefits as well as learning and development in various companies that he worked for. He has good experience in Oman labour law and Oman regulations.
